Hi and Welcome!
I am Foteini and here is a small introduction about myself. 

Greece, England, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands are all countries that hold a special place in my heart. I lived in every single one of them and each offered great experiences, but also challenges that I had to learn and navigate.

Over 12+ years, I have been fortunate to have worked with some of the biggest American companies in a variety of industries (e.g. Logistics, Chemicals, Entertainment) and have accumulated experience within their HR departments.

Being close to people, understanding their needs, their wants, their aspirations and talents always gave me energy and purpose. This is where I noticed that change is the only constant, but even though it is so common, still both individuals and companies struggle with it.

In my journey to understand how to navigate change I completed a Master’s in Business Administration with focus on Leadership and Change Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. This gave me great insights to the dynamics of change for organizations at every level and the importance of communication. It also helped me realize the importance of coaching and the difference it can make on people’s lives.

Having experienced the benefits of coaching and seeing how it transformed my life and my way of thinking for the better, I decided to become a certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
